Each year, hundreds of Eniac’s customers are interviewed by the independent agency ORC Ltd. in London. The results enable us to adjust our services and product portfolio to our customers’ wishes. General customer satisfaction has over the years shown a steady upward trend. In January 2004, ORC reported 96% “satisfaction” among Eniac’s customers.

Each day, Eniac software is used by some 500 businesses. All of these are professional organisations focusing on innovation and optimising their profitability. IT is regarded as a tool with which to work more efficiently, to control costs and improve margins. In other words: IT as means to earn money.
